Destroy the First Order Landing Craft
While trying to escape from Jakku, Poe’s X-wing is damaged. Both he and BB-8 are caught in the assault on the village. You need to fight your way through the village. However, some enemies and a landing craft block your way. Start by fighting the stormtroopers. Poe’s blaster can hit them from a distance.
Switch to BB-8 and move near the charge terminal. Use the droid to power it up and cause the terminal to break. Take control of Poe again and then assemble the pile of bricks into a laser turret. Take aim at the target on the turret and shoot at it with Poe’s blaster to activate it. The turret blows up the landing craft that was blocking your path.
Stormtrooper Shootout
Advance to the left through the gap in the flames. As you do, another landing craft delivers more stormtroopers to the village. Poe takes cover behind a barrier. Press the Fire button to pop up from behind cover and shoot. After clearing out the first wave, another landing craft drops off the next wave.
The stormtroopers assemble a turret. Watch out for it because it can cause a lot of damage. Instead of shooting at the turret directly, shoot at the red fuel cell to the turret’s right. When the red fuel cell blows up, it takes the turret with it. Press the Jump button to duck behind cover, then move to the barrier to the right. Use Poe’s goggles to locate a target on the landing craft hovering overhead. Then shoot the stormtrooper and the target on the landing craft to send it flying away.
Advance through the Village
Your path to the left is once again blocked by flames. Shoot at a target to the water tower’s right with Poe’s blaster. Assemble the bricks that fall into either one of the two rotary control switch structures. Then use BB-8 on the rotary control switch to knock down the water tower and put out the flames. Continue to the left and fight off some more stormtroopers.
Another landing craft blocks your way. Use Poe’s grapple ability to pull off the landing craft’s top part and assemble the bricks into an astromech terminal. Switch to BB-8 and solve the puzzle to activate the landing craft’s engines and send it flying away.
As you move to the left, a flametrooper and two other stormtroopers block your way. However, they are protected by a shield. Break up a red and white crate near the shield, then assemble the pieces into one of two things: a giant popcorn container or a droid. No matter which you choose, the enemies will be defeated.
Extinguish the Last Flames
As you get to the village’s far left side, you see one last wall of flames separating you from the villagers under attack. Assemble the pile of bricks into a rotary control switch in the center of the area near the water tank. Take control of BB-8 and use the rotary control switch to move the water container to the left.
Switch to Poe and break up the rotary control switch; then reassemble the bricks to the left to make a water pump. Jump on the pump to fill the container with water. Once full, break the pump and assemble the rotary control switch again. Move the water container to the right. Break the rotary control switch again and assemble the pieces onto the small tower to the right. Shoot at the target which appears with Poe’s blaster to activate the water sprinkler and put out the flames. Finally, move through the opening in the fence toward the villagers to complete the level.
