Objective 1: Move the Ferris Wheel
As soon as you arrive on the scene, be ready for a fight. Brainiac has enlarged the fence nearby, effectively caging you in. After you’re done making an example of the fiends, equip Batman with his Sensor Suit. Activate Detective Mode and search the area around the Ferris wheel. Doing so reveals a silver LEGO bar. Use explosives to destroy it and send the Ferris wheel tumbling away.
With the fence down, you are free to cross the river. Head to the northeast and smash the Lex Luthor prop you find on the other side of the river. Once that is done, head to the west until you come to the second bridge. In the northwest corner, you find another Lex Luthor prop.

Objective 2: Wreck the Roadblocks
As you cross over the central bridge, Brainiac makes his appearance by enlarging a double-decker bus to block off access to the north. The roadblock is easily cleared away by using a laser to destroy the gold LEGO panel on the side of the bus.
Follow the road to the north. Brainiac once again bars your path with an overgrown LEGO object. This time, it’s a call box. Along with the roadblock, you have to contend with some goons again.
Defeat the goons, then activate Batman’s Detective Mode. Investigate the green wall to the right of the overgrown call box. This reveals a set of hyper strength handles. Use Superman, Wonder Woman, or Batman’s Demolition Suit to pull at the handles to rip the wall away, revealing an active electrical terminal within.
As Batman, equip the Electricity Suit and discharge the electrical terminal of its energy. Now that you’re carrying a charge, head west and discharge the energy into the inactive electrical terminal you find at the end of the road. Along with the terminal, you also come across another Lex Luthor prop. Destroy it!

Return to the oversized call box and equip Batman with his Sonar Suit. Make use of his sonic abilities to shatter the LEGO glass on the call box. This reveals a silver LEGO panel. Equip Batman with his Demolition Suit and destroy the silver LEGO panel. The call box comes crumbling down.
Objective 3: Bring Down the Gate
With the call box out of the way, follow the road north, destroying the Lex Luthor prop at the curve. Once the prop is smashed to bits, head east and take down the goons that you encounter there.

Continue along the road east and you come across another park south of the road. In the southwest corner of the park, you find the final Lex Luthor prop.

Now follow the road east until you come to a gold LEGO gate that is electrified. Smash up some LEGO objects to the right of the gate to access the green LEGO panel there. Use Superman’s vision to see through the green LEGO wall and switch to your partner and turn the two valves to shut down the electricity.
Now with the gate de-electrified, use a laser to peel back the gold LEGO gate. Once the gate comes down, simply step through it to end the level.
