Whoa, that’s one big Batman! Run circles around him, doing your best to avoid his massive fists and the swarms of bats he sends at you. You can’t harm Batman yet, so focus on dodging until time slows down and a giant spotlight falls from the ceiling.
Rush to the spotlight’s bouncing bricks (they’re on the left end of the walkway) and build them back into a spotlight. Yank out the spotlight’s orange hook to shine intense light on Batman, scaring away his massive army of bats. Hurry over and strike Batman while he is left vulnerable and struggling against his mind control.
After you hit Batman, his bats return and he regains his giant bat form. Again, simply dodge until another spotlight falls, build it as you did before, and use it by pushing the green spinner. Hit Batman when he’s vulnerable, then dodge his giant fist until a third object falls. Build this one into a giant stereo that scares away the bats, then strike Batman one more time to knock the Caped Crusader back to his senses.
