From the location where Captain America and Falcon start, you’ll need to navigate down both the left and right ramps. The order doesn’t matter and the actions you take are the same.

Destroy the crates at the base of the ramp and use the leftover bricks to attach a Red Grapple Hook to the clear glass door. Target the Red Grapple Hook with Falcon to open the door. Hit the Shield Switch behind the door to charge electricity to reveal the lever on the higher walkway.

Send Captain America up the grip walls on the left to reach the higher level. Fly up to the higher level on the right as Falcon . Pull both switches to reveal a terminal on the lower level. When Captain America tries to use the terminal, the Winter Soldier swoops in to stop him.

Defeat the Winter Solider

For the start of the fight, stick with Captain America. When the Winter Soldier steals his shield, tap the button flashing over Captain America’s head. After Captain America places the circuit, the scene shifts and the fight begins again.

The Winter Soldier starts the next stage of the fight by taking the high ground while his underlings fight in close with your heroes. Avoid the rapid-fire blasts from above while you handle the henchmen. Put Captain America’s Shield Mode to use when you can.

When the Winter Soldier drops down to engage your heroes, he employs a snare. Watch for the game to prompt you to switch characters when the one you’re controlling becomes incapacitated. You must strike the Winter Soldier at close range to break his hold. Deplete the Winter Soldier’s health to complete the level.
