| 1 | Use the Shield Deflect Pad to guide the laser into the nodes to open the door. Repeat the process in the basement(use the switch to reveal the nodes) to open the container. |
| 2 | On Liberty Island, Dig through the tunnel spot next to the container to reach a blocked off alcove with a switch inside. Pull the switch to open the container. |
| 3 | Target the blue LEGO bricks between two shipping containers with a sonic attack. |
| 4 | Use the Speed Boost Pad on the pedestrian bridge over the road to start a timer and touch two pressure pads. The run ends near a second Speed Boost Pad, which must be used quickly to get the other two pressure pads. |
| 5 | Lift the large manhole cover with Telekinetic Power. |
| 6 | Descend the stairs near the Vehicle Call-in Pad. Mind Control the man behind the laser fence. Use the platforms to reach the pressure pads to shut off the lasers. Then interact with the Black LEGO to get the brick. |
| 7 | Look for a S.H.I.E.L.D. Access Terminal under the awning of the building. Use the terminal twice, the second time with a HYDRA agent, to open the large doors. |
| 8 | Fly to the roof of the skyscraper. Crack the blue LEGO bricks and pull the switch behind them. Add arrows to the wall sockets to complete the circuit. |
| 9 | Blow up the silver LEGO statue. Use the leftover bricks to build a switch that turns off the lasers over the Grate. Go through the Grate and fly upward to get the Gold Brick. |
| 10 | Get to the roof of the Kronos Corporation buidling.Destroy the vents until you uncover a Dig spot. Dig up the switch that drops one side of the central cage. Laser-cut the pattern through the gold LEGO wall to reach the Gold Brick. |
| 11 | Avoid the security cameras sweeping the street and pull the switch to open the door. Break down the objects inside and build a Shield Switch, which opens the cage. |
| 12 | Scan the corner of the Pym Technologies building, then use the series of switches to remove the walls. |
| 13 | Attack the dumpster behind the building. Dig through the tunnel to get under the cage above. |
| 14 | Extinguish the fires burning in front of the red button. Press the button to open the nearby container. |
| 15 | Break through the round cover at the end of the dock. |
| 16 | Blast the large silver LEGO manhole cover at the base of the Statue of Liberty. |
