Bengal

Eliminate the silver LEGO doors inside the town square. Attack the pipes to spill water on the ground. Freeze the water to create an ice sculpture with the Character Token for Bengal inside. Melt the ice and claim the token.

Demolition Man

There are eight switches clustered together near the Novi Grad Tram Station that must be pulled down at the same time to function properly. Fortunately, helpers are not far away. Burn through the gold LEGO brick door, then break through the cracked brick wall next to it. Go through the Grate behind the cracked brick wall and pull the switch. The people set free from their confinement pull all the levers.

Ronin (Blade)

Spin on the Twirl Poles on both ends of an arched entrance into the town square to complete the circuit that opens the container on the roof between the Twirl Poles.

Spitfire

From the start point, follow the intact street past Beth the Waitress. Get up to the fire escape on the building wrapped in pressure pads and pull the switch. Assemble a Speed Boost Ramp from the objects locked behind a wall taken down with Telekinetic Power. The Speed Boost Ramp sends your character over the pressure pads that open a rooftop crate.
