Captain America (Sam Wilson)

There are four gold LEGO statues around the Lincoln Memorial connected to a locked container in front. There are two statues on both sides of the monument. Two statues are out in the open and two are locked inside fences. Use the Shield Switch and Green Strength Grips to gain access to those statues. Use a heat beam to melt each of the statues when you find them.

Diamondback

Go inside the Lincoln Memorial and look for a room with grip walls and a locked container. Add a Twirl Pole to the wall socket high up on the wall with the door. Use two of the other Twirl Poles in the room to reach the newly added Twirl Pole to complete a circuit to a pressure pad. Step on the pressure pad to start a countdown. You must press the button near the ceiling before the timer expires to open the container.

Ms. Marvel (Carol Danvers)

Inside the secret HYDRA base is a laser cage guarded by twin laser blasters. Scan the area in the room to reveal the switch needed to activate the blasters (there’s a slight delay). Hop on the Shield Deflect Pad and guide the lasers into the node above the switch.

Wizard

After completing Synchronized Snapping and Buck in Time, the Wizard appears in the road near the Rainbow Pool. Defeat him in a fight to unlock him.
