On the rooftop where the Chitauri guard Stan Lee, melt the gold LEGO vent slats, then hit the Shield Switch that emerges from behind them.

Minikit 10

As a HYDRA agent, use the S.H.I.E.L.D. Access Terminal above The Collector a second time.
