Arnim Zola (Classic): Not OK, Computer

Look for Arnim Zola near a computer in the secret HYDRA base under the Washington Monument. Use the Technology Panel to activate the computer. On the first screen, select the top and bottom nodes on the left. On the second screen, match up the bits of missing code to the proper line by counting the number of characters needed. The next screen is a puzzle to make the HYDRA logo. On the final screen, select the left and right nodes.

Blazing Skull: Blazing a Trail

The Blazing Skull stands outside an information booth at the midpoint of the Reflecting Pool He needs help putting out fires that are wrongly blamed on him. Investigate the red dots on your radar and extinguish the blazes to find out who is responsible.

Bucky Barnes (Classic): Buck in Time

Talk to the Winter Soldier near the Washington Monument side of the street. He’s struggling with his memory and tells a tale so involving that it feels like you’re back in World War II fighting robot unicorns, ninja ballerinas, and HYDRA agents in period-appropriate black and white.

Captain Britain: Trouble Brewing

Speak with Captain Britain on the steps of the Lincoln Memorial. He’s misplaced his flasks of tea and would like you to return them to him. Investigate the red dots on your radar to find all five flasks of tea.

Crystal: Synchronized Snapping

To get just the right background for her Hulk selfie, Crystal sets up four controls that turn on the fountains in front of the Washington Monument. Use each one once, then get the picture.

Nova: Not My Fault

Washington D.C. has a problem with super hero impersonators who are “just a teeny weeny bit tuned to the evil side of the spectrum,” as Nova describes it. Help him out by defeating the slightly evil imposters that appear nearby, including the final enemy who is a ringer for Nova himself.
