Defeat the Winter Soldier’s Forces

When you gain control of the two Avengers, five henchmen rush in to attack. Watch out for the Winter Soldier, standing on a taxi atop the bridge , who shoots from a safe distance.

A second wave of henchmen drops down from the bridge, including one carrying a rapid-fire gun who lands on the police car . Destroy the cars closest to the dump truck. The bricks that survive the destruction of the cars can be built into a Technology Panel .

Interact with the panel as Black Widow to spill the contents of the dump truck’s bed on to the street. Smash the washing machine and rebuild it into a Shield Deflect Pad.

Set Captain America on the pad. Redirect the incoming fire from the man atop the police car into the golden tank under the car’s hood. After the car explodes, the Winter Soldier shoots down a helicopter that crashes into the second story of a building . An Avengers Initiative Pad, which becomes a Shield Boost Pad, pops up next to it.

Launch Black Widow up to pull down the helicopter. Build a one-person helicopter from the remaining parts, then board it with either Avenger. Target the sparkling plates on the bridge under the taxi to end the threat.
