Bio
One of the most popular and respected performers on the world stage became a welcome addition to WWE, where he debuted on Monday Night Raw the night after WrestleMania XXVII.
Having already forged a strong international following, Sin Cara, known for his high-flying style and awe-inspiring acrobatics, set his sights on reaching new heights of global success with WWE.
A second-generation performer, Sin Cara began in Mexico at the tender age of 15 and has never looked back. With his roots firmly bedded in the art of lucha libre, he exudes charisma, agility, and a deep love and loyalty for his Mexican heritage.
In the summer of 2011, Sin Cara started to display a more aggressive style in the ring. On the Sept. 9 edition of SmackDown, he explained his actions.
“Ever since I started here in the WWE, I’ve held back out of respect for the other people. Now that I’m here…nobody’s gonna stop me…this style and this aggression, it’s me…the real Sin Cara.”
Hailing from Mexico City, where passionate fans of all ages turn out regularly to see their favorite performer, Sin Cara is sure to have a huge impact on WWE over the course of his career.
Breakdown
Sin Cara has a game-high four attributes with ratings of 100! He’s the best in the game at reversing grapples and mitigating grapple damage to his HP.
However, he’s got a 55 for his own Grapple Power attribute, so he’s going to be at a mathematical disadvantage with every other Superstar in the game—except David Otunga—when he tries to grapple away the opponent’s HP.
Use his speed, strikes, and high-flying acrobatics in true lucha libre fashion to capitalize on Sin Cara’s strengths. His Rolling Yoshi Tonic Signature move is awesome, and rolling his running Tilt-A-Whirl Small Package straight into a pinfall is tons-o-fun.
