Bio
A Welsh-born warrior of incredible size and strength, the massive Mason Ryan has never encountered a fight he couldn’t win…or a Superstar he couldn’t dismantle.
This imposing goliath honed his athletic skills on the soccer field, competing in the Welsh Premier League on the semi-professional level.
However, influenced by the feats of such forceful grapplers as Andre the Giant, Ultimate Warrior, and Undertaker, Ryan eventually traded the soccer pitch for the squared circle, where he could better satisfy his indomitable thirst for flattening his adversaries.
Ryan’s aggressive in-ring style, relentless determination, and impressive physique caught the eye of calculating CM Punk, who enlisted the steely-eyed juggernaut to serve as the powerhouse of his New Nexus. When Ryan debuted during the Jan. 17, 2011, edition of Monday Night Raw, the WWE Universe watched in horrified amazement as this intimidating newcomer laid waste to John Cena, shaking the very foundation of WWE in the process.
Sure, someone could stand in Mason Ryan’s way, but since he’s 6-foot-6 and more than 270 pounds, who would want to?
Breakdown
Mason Ryan has awesome beach muscles, so he’s pretty solid from a power perspective with 85s, but it’s difficult to build momentum with a poor Charisma rating of 65. For the most part, he’s on the lower half of the spectrum attribute-wise.
Attack the opponent with strong strikes and slams to open up the Sidewalk Slam Signature move. Use the environment and any allowed weapons to help whittle down the opponent’s HP on your way to victory.
Ring Escape up to three times to get out of trouble, and taunt ringside to build momentum before the opponent can get out and break it up.
