As you play through the campaign, you have the opportunity to play the role of two different special forces operatives, each a member of a different elite unit, as well as a Ranger and a crew member of an attack helicopter.
Each of these four characters is part of a different team. AFO Neptune is part of the US Navy while the other special ops team, AFO Wolfpack, is part of the US Army as are the Rangers and attack helicopters.
This section not only introduces you to your teammates for each of these units, it also covers the weapons used by each.
Just as it is important to know your friends, it is also vital to know your enemies. During the campaign, you will face three different types of insurgents.
Learn to identify whether you are fighting against Al Qaeda, Taliban, or Chechens not only by their outfits, but also by the language which they speak.
Finally, learn to identify the weapons the enemy carries since you can pick them up from dead hostiles and use them for your own purposes.
