Neptune is a team of Navy SEALs. This is the U.S. Navy's special operations unit and gets its name because SEALs are trained for combat in the SEa, Air, and on the Land.
Due to their training in unconventional warfare, the SEALs were deployed to Afghanistan even though it is not near the ocean. SEALs are deadly no matter in which element they are operating.
