COMBO FROM AND WITH BACK THROW

COMBO EXAMPLE: Back Throw Heavy Triplax Linker Back Throw Shadow Triplax Ankle Slicer Ender

Description: Thunder’s Back Throw is actually an Opener, so you can go straight into a full combo on a successful grab. His Back Throw can also be used as a Linker in combos. Your opponent must tech the throw in the middle of the combo to escape the combo. If he or she guesses a Combo Break during the Back Throw Linker, he or she will not be locked out. To tech the throw, however, the timing is much earlier than you would usually break a Linker. This makes Thunder’s combos extremely tricky to break. You will want to use this to reposition your opponent and push him or her towards a corner. The Ankle Slicer Ender used here is to build meter.

SHADOW CALL OF THE EARTH

COMBO EXAMPLE: Shadow Call of the Earth Heavy Triplax Shadow Sammamish Sky Fall

Description: With two meters this is 32% of unbreakable damage. Shadow Call of the Earth has a launcher property at the end of it, allowing for a small juggle. As long as you use Special Moves and not standing normals, the combo will not be breakable. Here you use Heavy Triplax to start the juggle then cancel it into Shadow Sammamish with the Sky Fall Ender.

Description: This combo follows the general rule of three attacks for a normal lockout. In this case, since they locked out on the Auto Double, you get a free Heavy Linker, Heavy Auto Double, and another Heavy Linker before the Ender. Note the use of Ankle Slicer Linker here for damage.

COUNTER BREAKER COMBO: Heavy Ankle Slicer Heavy Kick (COUNTER BREAKER) Heavy Kick Heavy Ankle Slicer Linker Heavy Kick Medium Ankle Slicer Linker Heavy Sammamish Ender Heavy Sammamish Sky Fall

Description: Again, use the Ankle Slicer Linker to capitalize on damage during the Counter Breaker. Because you have more time, you are able to squeeze in an extra Medium Ankle Slicer.
