All Piri Reis Missions are available from the end of the Bomb Crafting Memory in Sequence 03. Each Memory will transport Ezio to a location in Constantinople, and acts as a tutorial on the use of different bombs. Interact with the boards to the right of his desk in his shop to begin these short missions. They all have (very simple) Full Synch conditions, so you can retry them at a later date via the Replay a Memory feature if required.
Mission: Piri Reis: Smoke Screen
Availability
After Sequence 03, Memory 04.

Walkthrough
Follow the prompts to incapacitate the two groups of guards with Smoke Screen bombs – be warned that making contact with these soldiers will lead to Desynchronization – then activate Eagle Sense before you loot the specified container.
Drop your third and final Smoke Screen bomb to temporarily neutralize the Janissaries at the front entrance, then sprint out of the highlighted area.
Mission: Piri Reis: Smoke Decoy

Walkthrough
Throw a Smoke Decoy bomb at the target, then run past the guards and climb to the waypoint on the rooftop. After throwing the second bomb as prompted, perform a double air assassination on the two targets. Climb back to the rooftop from the alley and head south for an easy escape.
Mission: Piri Reis: Sticky Situations

Walkthrough
At the waypoint marker, wait until a guard approaches your position, then throw the Sticky Splinter Bomb when he is highlighted. Immediately turn around and leave the zone marked on the mini-map to end the Memory.
Mission: Piri Reis: Datura

After Sequence 03, Memory 04.

Walkthrough
Follow the onscreen prompts to use Datura Bombs to kill the first two groups of guards, then climb onto the rooftop to the east and throw your final Datura Bomb to eliminate the marked target without being detected.
Mission: Piri Reis: Cherry

Walkthrough
Follow the instructions at the two waypoints, but don’t rush straight out of the area when told to do so. Instead, jump over to the rooftop to the east, then look south to see a group of Ottoman guards. A glance at your mini‑map will reveal that there are Templars further south. Aim your final Cherry Bomb between these two groups to complete the Full Synch objective, then head east to escape the marked area and end the Memory.

Walkthrough
Move into the waypoint marker, then follow the prompts to throw a Fuse Shell Bomb at the wall. Once it explodes, sprint out of the highlighted zone to end the Memory.
Mission: Piri Reis: Caltrops

Walkthrough
After throwing the bomb into the designated target area, run forward and use the Hidden Blade to assassinate all marked guards. To escape the area, run along the waterfront to the east, being careful not to enter the water - this will cause you to fail the Full Synch condition. When you clear the marked area, drop your two remaining Caltrop Bombs to deter pursut, then seek refuge in a hiding spot until the memory ends.
Mission: Piri Reis: Tripwire

Trip Wires available for purchase from Piri Reis.
Walkthrough
Walk to the waypoint and plant the Tripwire Bomb as directed, then retreat to the second waypoint. When the targeted individual triggers the explosive, kill him (and, to achieve Full Synch, him alone). Sprint along the boardwalk and dive into the water to escape.
