Fighting the Nazis is tough work. By 1961, they control America as the ultimate ruling power. If you plan to join the Resistance and free the population from the tyranny of Hitler and his empire, you need all the resources you can get. This guide aims to help you master the skills required to defeat the quintessential evil.
For the sake of convenience and easy access, we’ve organized the book into three main parts.
The Basics
This section contains all you need to know to begin taking back America from the Nazis. Even if you’re a veteran of the Wolfenstein series, or first-person shooters in general, spend some time here to pick up on new and unique features included in the game.
Basic Training: Gain an understanding of the game’s basic movement and combat mechanics, plus tips for identifying which tactics to use in which situations.
The Armory: Get the rundown on key weapon strengths, weaknesses, and uses, plus the inside scoop on how to spend your weapon upgrades to get the most bang for your buck.
Pickups: Always be on the lookout for these items scattered throughout the Campaign. We break down what to watch for, plus the benefits you get whenever you snag a new item.
The Enemy: We reveal the preferred tactics and weapons, weak points and exploits of every enemy you encounter. Learn how to defeat your foes quickly and efficiently, and how to best defend yourself in each situation. Our strategies are battle-tested and expert-approved!
Perks: Read up on the numerous Perks available in the game, what tasks you must perform to unlock each, the benefits and abilities you receive in return, and which Perks are best suited to which styles of play. Learn to tailor your choices to enhance your playstyle and gain the biggest possible advantage.
The Walkthrough
The walkthrough makes up the majority of this guide. These eleven chapters are designed to take you step-by-step through each of the game’s challenging levels. Detailed maps of all areas reveal each level’s layout, removing the fog of war. Watch out for “Objective” markers to keep focused on the task at hand. While most missions can be completed using any of a variety of playstyles, our strategy covers a diverse selection of options—don’t be afraid to try something new or outside your usual playstyle. It might work better than expected! Use our tips to become the “Terror-Billy” the Nazis all fear.
And once you’ve fought your way through the Campaign, continue the fight by engaging in Überkommandant Missions and taking down these big bads.
Extras
Finding every item and bonus on your first playthrough is a tall order. This last section contains two useful chapters to aid in your search.
Collectibles: Our maps show the location of every Collectible in the game, and they’ve all been collected here, into a single chapter, for your convenience, along with screenshots to further aid your search—readables, records, concept art, gold, you name it.
Achievements and Trophies: Get full details on every Achievement and Trophy you can earn when playing the game on the Xbox One and PlayStation 4, respectively. If you’re aiming for 100% completion, this section is designed especially for you.
