Diplomacy is another major area of change in Brave New World. The United Nations' role has greatly expanded, and it is preceded by an organization known as the World Congress. These two bodies are able to propose and pass Resolutions that change the flow of the game. Diplomacy of this sort can be wielded as a sword or used to offer aid and improvements.
