- Lettuce: Purchase from the Goofy Stall in Peaceful Meadow. If you grow your own, you’ll have to wait three minutes for the crop to fully mature.
- Any Vegetable x2: Some examples include corn, carrots, bell peppers, tomatoes and spinach. You can buy them in various Goofy Stalls around the map.
Once you have the necessary ingredients, toss them into a cooking pot to make your hearty salad.

Much like other salad recipes, you’ll want to be careful with adding extra ingredients here. Generally, if you toss in lettuce and two random vegetables, you should end up with the Hearty Salad.
