• Basil: Harvest wild herb plants in Peaceful Meadow.
• Butter: Purchase from the Chez Remy pantry for 190 Star Coins.
• Lemon: Forage wild lemon trees from the Glade of Trust and the Forest of Valor.

After gathering all four ingredients, head to any nearby stove or the Chez Remy kitchen to prepare your dish.
