Since fish is currently the only meat product in Disney Dreamlight Valley, it’s no surprise that it frequently appears in cooking recipes. Nearly every fish shows up at least once, so it’s helpful to keep some in your storage to use later. One example is the White Sturgeon, a rare fish used to make Poached Basil-Butter Sturgeon. While the name reveals three ingredients, there’s one main question: What’s the fourth one? If you’re interested in learning more, continue reading to discover how to make Poached Basil-Butter Sturgeon in Disney Dreamlight Valley.
How to Make Poached Basil-Butter Sturgeon in Disney Dreamlight Valley
Below is the complete recipe for making Poached Basil-Butter Sturgeon in Disney Dreamlight Valley:
- White Sturgeon: Fish in the Frosted Heights, focusing on orange fishing hotspots.
- Basil: Harvest wild herb plants in Peaceful Meadow.
- Butter: Purchase from the Chez Remy pantry for 190 Star Coins.
- Lemon: Forage wild lemon trees from the Glade of Trust and the Forest of Valor.
After gathering all four ingredients, head to any nearby stove or the Chez Remy kitchen to prepare your dish.
The secret ingredient in this recipe is lemons! Head to the Glade of Trust for easy access to lemons and harvest the nearby trees. While the Forest of Valor has them, too, most are blocked by large tree stumps.
The other difficult item in this dish is the White Sturgeon. To get this fish, you’ll have to head into Frosted Heights, find an orange fishing circle, and catch a sturgeon. If you still need to unlock Frosted Heights, be prepared to save 10,000 Dreamlight to clear out the large night thorns blocking the way there.
