It’s all come down to this. After getting caught up in the Funkhole, your sack person has been teleported across the Craftverse to previously uncharted territory. Here, you can see where the entirety of the Hoard’s thievery has wound up. It’s not a pretty sight—nor is it a pretty site. It’s an absolute mess! Indeed, the Hoard must have never heard of Feng Shui or at least a dustpan. Somewhere amid this mess, something dreadful lurks. Have the Hoard bitten off more than they can chew?

The Garage at the End of the Craftverse

Collecting so much without caring about creating and sharing has somehow imbued this haphazard collection of stolen objects with its own malevolent life force. Something so terrifying, horrible, and, well, just plain mean that even the Hoard drive away in terror. Luckily for the Craftverse, your sack person is made up of tougher stuff(ing) than that. It’s time to confront this Trash Monster and put it down before it destroys the whole Craftverse. But, to do that, your sack person needs to get past its evil minions first.

Straight Shooters

Just because the Trash Monster’s minions are cobbled together from discarded remnants doesn’t mean they’re pushovers. Far from it. On the contrary, they have an almost unnaturally high accuracy and are unsettlingly patient. Unlike other battles that are free-for-alls, all the minions are focused on destroying is your sack person and holding onto their collected weaponators until given an opportunity to strike.

When taking them down, avoid charging head on. They may seem non-threatening, but in fact, are simply waiting for your sack person to get close enough to fire. Plan your sack person’s attacks to come from the side or the rear to catch them off guard.

Endless Enemies

Although your sack person only needs to destroy ten of the Trash Monster’s minions, don’t make the mistake of thinking each one you explode thins their numbers. In fact, the minions respawn just like any other kart upon being destroyed. These minions take full advantage of this and aggressively pursue your sack person throughout this level.

Avoid being cornered by them by constantly zig-zagging about and keeping a close eye on the green markers along the edge of the screen. They show the positions of the minions in the level, so use this knowledge to prevent them from surrounding your sack person from all sides.

Big Bad, Bigger Blind Spots

After defeating ten of the Trash Monster’s minions, the great beast itself takes to the skies to finish your sack person off personally. How frightening! The only way to bring the beast down is by firing Lob Bombs at the three thrusters keeping it airborne. Fortunately, the lumbering size of the Trash Monster means it moves very slowly, like when your sack person has had too much Thanksgiving stuffing.

As it hovers above the level, the Trash Monster launches chunks of electrified junk everywhere. To avoid getting electrocuted by them, drive extremely close to the Trash Monster. While in its blind spot, your sack person can keep collecting Lob Bombs and firing away at the thrusters.
