Palworld: How To Get Predator Cores

The Feybreak Major content update has introduced a wealth of exciting new features to Palworld, including the Predator Core resource. With a new map, plenty of new Pals, and a variety of craftable items, gathering as many Predator Cores as possible is essential. In this guide, we will walk you through how to obtain Predator Cores in Palworld, so you can make the most of the new Ancient Technology Tree for crafting.

How to Get the Predator Cores in Palworld

You get Predator Cores by defeating Predator Pals in Palworld, which were added as a part of the Feybreak Major content update.

The Predator Pals do not have an icon that appear on the map, so finding them is more difficult than finding standard or Alpha pals in the game. However, they emit a red light, which you can easily spot at night by cruising around on your flying mount.

When you get close to a hostile Pal, you’ll notice the word “Rampaging” displayed above its level and name. This indicates that the Pal is a Predator Pal, and defeating it will guarantee at least one Predator Core item as a drop in Palworld.

After taking down a Predator Pal, you’ll need to wait at least one in-game day for it to respawn. Once it reappears, you can defeat it again to continue farming Predator Cores.

NOTE: You cannot capture Predator Pals in Palworld so avoid wasting your spheres on them.

The Feybreak content update has brought 33 Predator Pals into the game and most of them can be found on the main island, while a handful are found on the Feybreak island. These hostile pals are like field bosses, and a name and health bar will appear when you get close and engage in combat.
