How to Get Carbon Fiber in Palworld

Always need more fiber.

Carbon Fiber is a resource in Palworld that players will need to make big guns like assault rifles and rocket launchers. Having your own weapon to fend attackers off is important, despite having a party of Pals for defense, so here is how to easily get Carbon Fiber.

How to Unlock Carbon Fiber in Palworld

Carbon Fiber can be unlocked by reaching level 35 and spending Technology Points on it in the Technology menu. Technology Points can be earned by activating fast travel points around the map for the first time or by leveling up.

Players will also need to build a Production Assembly Line to craft Carbon Fiber and at least one Pal with the Handiwork trait assigned to the station. However, multiple Pals on the station will speed up crafting time.

The structure can be unlocked at level 28 from the Technology menu. It is built with 100 Ingots, 50 Wood, 20 Nails, and 10 Cement.

How to Craft Carbon Fiber in Palworld

Carbon Fiber can be crafted at the Production Assembly Line for either 2 Coal or 5 Charcoal. The crafting station has two different recipes for Carbon Fiber, so you can take your pick on spending either Coal or Charcoal.

The easier material to spend of the two would have to be Charcoal since it can be made in a Primitive Furnace for only 2 Wood per piece. Meanwhile, Coal must be mined from giant rocks in the desert biome.

Carbon Fiber is necessary to make some of the late-game guns including the Assault Rifle, Pump-action Shotgun, and Rocket Launcher. It is also required to build the Electric Furnace and the Legendary Sphere to capture even the most difficult Pals.
