The map of Palworld has been updated with several new islands with the Tides of Terraria update, but only one contains the Sealed Realm of Terraria Dungeon. The dungeon is located on a small island between the main islands and Feybreak Island.

The easiest fast travel point closest to the new island would be the Fisherman’s Village Fast Travel Point just south of Mount Obsidian. It is in the volcanic region on the southern side of the mainland. Be sure to pack along a swimming or flying Pal to ride on and quickly get to the island, which is a somewhat short distance just southeast of the docks.

It is a very small island that is populated by Pals and may have a treasure chest or two. It contains one fast travel point called the Sealed Realm of Terraria. The dungeon is located near the fast travel point and marked by a statue of the knight character from Terraria.

The dungeon can be entered at any time, but be sure to have a high-level party as the Pals in the dungeon range from level 35-50s. The boss of the dungeon is the Eye of Cthulu, and the rewards for defeating it are the Legendary head armor Eye of Cthulu MaskĀ and the Celestial Sigil schematic.
