Loki has jumped through a vortex in the Hydra base and fled to Asgard. There is only one person that can help you get to Asgard to retrieve the Tesseract—Thor.

Objective 1: Find Thor and Travel to Asgard
Captain America and the Human Torch exit the Hydra base and return to the streets of Manhattan. Follow the hologram through the streets of Manhattan, past Times Square, and to the Industrial District.
Thor is waiting for you near the docks. Once you arrive, he opens a vortex with his hammer and takes your team all the way to Asgard.
The trip through the vortex is similar to skydiving down from the helicarrier. Maneuver around to pick up as many studs as you can. At the same time, dodge objects in the vortex since you take damage if you hit them.
Minikit 1
As you approach the end of the vortex, move your hero down toward the bottom so that you can be sure to pick up the minikit as you rush by.
Objective 2: Find a Way out of the Observatory
Your team is stuck inside the Observatory. You need to find a way out. Use the heat of the Human Torch to melt the ice from around the statue in the middle of the room. Then assemble some pieces at the foot of the steps into an electric transformer. Meanwhile, you must fight off the frost giants that attack you.
Hold down the use button to charge up Thor’s hammer with energy. Then press the attack button to transfer that energy to the transformer. The resulting lightning that shoots out of the statue opens the door of the Observatory.
Minikit 2
After melting the ice, move behind the statue to find a minikit. You find a purple stud there as a bonus.
Now that the door is opened, exit the Observatory and begin advancing along the bridge. Your first task is to defeat 20 frost giants. Don’t worry about having to find them—as you move along the bridge, they will come at you.
You approach the gate at the end of the bridge and Loki is there waiting. He traps one of your heroes. Switch to another hero and move in to attack Loki while he is occupied. After you get in a hit, Loki vanishes to fight another day—or later today.
When he first arrived on the bridge, Loki froze the gate shut in a wall of ice. Melt away the ice with a heat beam.
The gate is still locked, so hold down the attack button and then target the cracks on the gate. Release the button to make Thor throw his hammer to break open the gate. Move to the next area.
Objective 3: Advance through the City
As you reach the entrance to the city, save your progress and fight off some frost giants. Loki has iced the stairs, so you need to send a flying hero to attack him. Loki traps the first hero, so use your second flying hero to get in close for an attack. After hitting him, he breaks down some pillars and then disappears.
Assemble the pieces from the pillars into a walkway that rolls out over the icy steps so that the rest of your team can join you.
Minikit 3
Use the heat beam to melt three pieces of ice, each of which holds a large flower. The heat causes the flowers to bloom. Once all three flowers are free from the ice, you collect a minikit.
Use Wolverine’s senses to find a climbing wall on the right side of the entrance. Climb up it and then use a claw switch to open the door of the round room below the switch.
Move your team inside the room, then power up Thor by pressing the use button. Push the attack button to then transfer the power to the transformer to open the other door in the room. Now your team can continue into Asgard City.
Move to the right and fight off some frost giants. Destroy the gold statue with your heat beam. Then assemble the pieces into a shield switch.
Throw the shield at the shield switch to make a lever rise from the ground. Push on the green side of the lever to cause a flight of stairs to appear. Move your team up to the next area.
Loki appears again with some frost giants. Fight them off and when Loki traps one of your heroes, switch to another and get in for an attack to make him disappear again.
Minikit 4
Destroy a tree in a circle of grass surrounded by ice. Then use Wolverine to dig up the dig spot to retrieve some pieces that you must assemble into another minikit.
Use Wolverine’s senses to find a dig spot. Dig it up to find some pieces. Assemble them into a claw switch and then use the switch to reveal a power transformer atop an elevator.
Fly up to the top of the elevator, charge up with lightning, and then transfer the power to the transformer to activate the elevator.
Ride the elevator up to the upper level and use Wolverine’s senses to detect a crack in the large statue on the right.
Aim at the crack on the statue, hold down the use button, and then throw your hammer at the statue to knock it down and break it into pieces.
Destroy the head of the statue with the heat beam. Then assemble the pieces to create a fountain. The water from the fountain causes several plants to grow, including a couple of large flowers.
Jump onto the large flowers and hold down the jump button to bounce higher to get up to the doorway on the right side. It leads into a large room. Loki was last seen entering this room and you need to go after him.
Inside the room, Loki has created several illusions of himself. Wolverine’s senses can be used to find out which Loki is the real one. Then move in to attack. While Loki traps one hero, move in and attack with another.
After you hit Loki, he breaks up the chandelier and drops pieces on the ground before disappearing. Assemble the pieces into a shield switch and then throw your shield at it to open the large door to the next area.
Objective 4: Defeat Loki
As you enter the throne room, Loki activates the Destroyer—a giant robotlike machine that he controls and orders to attack you. Save your progress and fight off the frost giants while dodging the fireballs that the Destroyer launches at you.
As the Human Torch, melt the ice around clusters of pieces on the ground and assemble them into a Captain America pad. Then stand on the pad and deflect the flame beam back at Loki to damage him.
While Loki is stunned, move in and attack the Destroyer. Stand on the target by the Destroyer and press the attack button.
Dodge more fire attacks by the Destroyer once Loki recovers. Melt more frozen clusters of pieces on the ground and again assemble them into a Captain America pad. Deflect the fire beam at Loki with the shield, and then send in Thor to attack the Destroyer for a second time. Repeat the tactic for a third time to finally defeat the Destroyer.
Minikit 5
Three gold statues are in the Throne Room. After you defeat the Destroyer, use the fire beam to destroy each of these statues to get the minikit.
Loki creates more duplicates of himself again. Wolverine can sense the real one. Then rush forward to attack him. When Loki traps your hero, switch to another hero and hit Loki to finally defeat him, get the Tesseract, and complete the level.
