You will need to complete the Regional Phenomena questline to obtain these pieces of equipment, or you can purchase them from the Gerudo Shelter before embarking on this journey.

Starlight Memories Jewelry is easy to spot, thanks in part to the banner displaying a diamond on the front of it, alongside the elaborate structure on the top of the building. The Diamond Circlet is the most expensive overall, coming in at 2,400 Rupees. However, this does give you a higher amount of defense than the other Circlets, alongside an Attack Up boost that will help you eliminate even the toughest of foes at a moment’s notice. If you’re looking to upgrade this piece to its full potential, you will need the following items:
