Keep an eye on your quests!

Every magical beast in Hogwarts Legacy has specific dens you can visit that exclusively spawn various animals. If you find a Puffskein one, you can rescue a bunch of Puffskeins! Similarly, if you stumble upon a Unicorn den, you’ll find a rare and elusive unicorn. The same can be said for the Graphorn, but things are a little different regarding these big guys. Before you search for the Graphorn den, you’ll have to progress far enough into the main storyline to fight the Lord of the Shore. The Lord of the Shore is part of the San Bakar Trial mission, the final quest trial, where you’ll battle one of these massive beasts! Upon defeating the Graphorn, you’ll get it as a ground mount and advance through the main story.

Another bonus to this, though, is turning the battle site into a Graphorn den, which you can revisit to rescue more of this animal.

The area where you fight the Lord of the Shore, which later turns into a Graphorn Den, is in the southern part of Clagmar Coast. To get here quickly, you can teleport to the Clagmar Castle Floo Flame and travel southeast until you reach this area. From here, you’ll have to battle another Graphorn to tire it out before rescuing it using your Nab-Sack. This spot will respawn Graphorns over time, so you can revisit it afterward to catch more of these beasts.

Like the Lord of the Shore, you can take your captured Graphorns and bring them to your Vivarium, where they can roam around, eat and play like any other animal. You can also breed them if you’re going for particular challenges and achievements, resulting in an adorable, tiny Graphorn baby.

Hogwarts Legacy is available on PC, PlayStation 4, PlayStation 5, Xbox Series X|S, Xbox One, and Nintendo Switch through the official website.
