Eagle Town
Move to the top right side of the map and up a ramp. As Laval, use Roar at a statue to break it. Assemble the pieces into handholds that you can climb up to a higher platform.
Push a lever on the platform to close a door that shuts off part of the waterfall.
Drop down and go to the right to assemble some pieces in a small stream into a handhold. Use it to get up to another small platform where you must push another lever to close a second door and shut off the waterfall completely.
Walk out onto a balance beam where the waterfall was, then climb up a series of handholds to get to the waterfall doors. Then jump across platforms to the left.
Climb a pounce wall to get to a pad that will take you to Eagle Town.
Eagle Library
From the pad to Eagle Town, soar down to the right as Eris to get to a large platform. Turn a crank to solve a maze puzzle that activates a fan that will carry you up to the higher levels of Eagle Grasslands.
Move along the ledge to the left. Transfer power from one Tech Swap Node to another to reveal a climbing wall. Climb it to the top of the building.
Climb up some handholds and then walk to the right. Switch to Laval and use Roar to break up a wall. Assemble the pieces into a lever and pull it to call an elevator down to your ledge.
Ride the elevator to the top and then move to the right to get to the pad that takes you to Eagle Library.
