All Dustin Henderson Perks in Dead by Daylight
Bringing his brains and sass to the battlefield.
The second chapter in the Stranger Things and Dead by Daylight crossover has arrived, bringing with it loads of new content straight from Hawkins for all to explore. One of the bigger new features in this update is the arrival of Dustin Henderson as a new Survivor.
Getting to know Survivors you haven’t played before can be a bit tricky, but it’s a lot easier to dive right in if you familiarize yourself with their skillset beforehand. If you’re interested in playing him, here are all Dustin Henderson Perks in Dead by Daylight.
All Dustin Perks in DBD

Dustin has three pretty fun special perks in DBD, which are:
- Bada Bada Boom
- Change of Plan
- Teamwork: Full Circuit
He’s an imaginative leader with impressive intellect, and has saved himself and his friends countless times thanks to his quick and creative thinking. All of his Perks channel this kind of mentality, offering various ways to mix things up in a fight.
Bada Bada Boom
- Description: “You may not be a fighter, but you have clever ways of striking back.”
- Effects: After completing 20 percent worth of repairs, you can press the ability button one when next to a window to trap it for 60 seconds. The trap then triggers when a Killer performs a vault on the window, inflicting them with a 50 percent Hindered status effect for six seconds.
Dustin’s Bada Bada Boom Perk allows him to get crafty and make a trap that can be placed on a window to slow down Killers for a short time when triggered. The trap activates the Hindered effect on the Killer when they vault through it, slowing them down for six seconds.
If you’re familiar with Ellen Ripley’s special Chemical Trap Perk, you have a solid understanding of what to expect with this one. It’s essentially the same idea, but excsuvise to windows, whereas Chemical Trap is for pallets.

Change of Plan
- Description: “Rather than give in to danger, you recalculate and adjust your strategy.”
- Effects: You start with two tokens. When inside a locker and holding a non-event Toolbox, you can press the ability button two to spend one token. Doing so transforms your Toolbox into a Med-kit of the same rarity, and it also has a random add-on of the same rarity. This Med-kit has 100 percent of its charges.
If things aren’t looking too good and your team is in need of some emergency healing, Dustin’s Change of Plan perk lets you transform a non-event Toolbox into a Med-kit. You must be inside a locker to do so, and you’ll have to spend one of your two tokens to initiate this process.
It’s ideal to wait and use it later in the round so you can get the most use out of your Toolbox. You’ll also want to have the best Toolbox you can get your hands on, as using this ability grants a random add-on that matches its rarity, so the better Toolbox you have, the better add-on you’ll get.

Teamwork: Full Circuit
- Description: “You’ve dabbled in some mechanical engineering and show off your abilities to others.”
- Effects: For each Survivor who is repairing a generator with you, the size of the Good Skill Check zone is increased by 25 percent. While repairing with at least one other Survivor helping you out, you repair five percent faster.
Teamwork makes the dream work, and with Dustin’s Teamwork: Full Circuit Perk, you’re literally much more efficient when working together with allies. For each ally that works on repairing a generator with you, the Good Skill Check zone is increased. Additionally, as long as at least one Survivor is helping you repair, you’re able to do so more quickly.
