Tears of the Kingdom – Where To Find Ravio Hood In TOTK

You don't have to rent this hood in Tears of the Kingdom.

If you’re as much of a fan of A Link Between Worlds as I am, the ability to find and use Ravio’s hood in The Legend of Zelda: Tears of the Kingdom is an absolute treat. Sporting this purple rabbit hood helps you climb sideways at a much faster rate of speed, so this could pair well with a few sets of armor on your journey. Let’s jump back into the Depths once more together and find out where you’ll need to go to get your hands on this stylish, yet effective piece of clothing.

Where Is The Ravio Hood In Tears Of The Kingdom

The Ravio Hood is located in the Secluded Coliseum (2177, -1869, -0467), and you’ll need to make some tricky moves to get here. Starting from the Sahasra Slope Skyview Tower (1344, -1170, 0166), take a leap of faith into the East Hill Chasm (1951, -0866, 0165). Once you have hit the ground, make sure you have the following Lightroots unlocked to make travel easier:

  • Arusakam Lightroot (1769, -1052, -0608)
  • Korom Lightroot (1180, -0778, -0500)
  • Sohse Lightroot (1564, -1944, -0464)
  • Yikot Lightroot (2303, -2378, -0617)

Heading out from Soshe Lightroot, you’ll be crossing over plenty of Gloom-infested fields, so either use Autobuild to create a vehicle, the building station on the way to save some time, or equip The Depths armor so you can ensure you don’t take as much damage as I did while crossing over these fields. Arriving at the doorstep of the Secluded Coliseum, you’ll see a Gloom Treasure Chest in the middle of this arena. Much like the Korok Mask and Zant Helmet, you’ll again be partaking in a battle.

You’ll be up against your most brutal enemies yet: Lizfalos. These frenetic lizards will employ a variety of tricks to take you down, so keep a good bow on your person at all times, and fuse a strong item to a spear or long-range weapon to keep them away from you. In order, you’ll be fighting five waves again:

  • Fire Lizfalos
  • Ice Lizfalos
  • Electric Lizfalos
  • Silver Lizfalos
  • One of each Lizfalos at the same time

Utilize your skills and your Vows to keep them away, as you can get ganged up on rather quickly in this fight. While the Moblins you fought during the Zant Helmet fight may have been difficult, the Lizfalos are on another level. You’ll be good if you keep them away from you and avoid their jumps when they leap at you.

Once you have defeated all of the foes in this arena, you can claim Ravio’s Hood from the treasure chest in the middle of the arena. While you may not be able to upgrade its defensive capabilities, the fact that you can use this to climb faster while moving sideways is rather impressive. Pair it with the Climbers Gear and you’ll be ready to rock and roll.
