The laundromat can be found across the street from Cafe Leblanc, the place where your character, Joker, lives. Above is the outside view of Cafe Leblanc.

The alleyway across the street from Cafe Leblanc is where you need to go.

You can decide whichever items you would like to be washed, but be warned that you may only select four items to wash at one time, so choose wisely.

Once you have chosen the items for wash, select “Run the wash as is” when prompted by Morgana’s “Want to run the washing machine now?” question. After a few moments, you will be given the new items armor items for your inventory, which can be equipped to party members if you so desire.
