The final Arcana in Vampire Survivors is finally here and we are, sadly, not that impressed. We expected something more significant, but it is what it is. It’s not a bad Arcana, but more was expected, with the philosophy of “we have saved the best for last” in mind. At any rate, here’s how to unlock the final Arcana XXI – Blood Astronomia in Vampire Survivors.
How to Get Arcana XXI – Blood Astronomia in Vampire Survivors
Unlocking Arcana XXI is similar to how most other Arcanas are unlocked. The specifics for Arcana XXI – Blood Astronomia is to get Poe Ratcho to Level 50 during any run. If you do not have Poe Ratcho unlocked, you need to raise a Garlic to Level 7 during any run. After this is done, you can buy Poe Ratcho. If you do not have Garlic, you need to eat five Floor Chicken.
Before any Arcana can be unlocked you need to find the Vampire Survivors Randomazzo Relic.
Alternatively, you can cheat your way through to Poe with Scrolls of Morbane. The cheat code for Poe is “strongestcharacter”.

Getting Poe Ratcho to Level 50 is not that difficult, you just need to be very careful in the beginning, since he will be very vulnerable until you get enough weapons and passives to keep him alive.
Of course, you ought to prioritize getting a Crown for an experience bonus, and all Curse items such as Torrona’s Box to increase the number of enemies you are dealing with because more enemies = more experience points!
When you hit Level 50, nothing is holding you in your run anymore, you can leave.
