How to Retrieve the Orb of Trust From the Floating Island in Disney Dreamlight Valley
After speaking to Ursula and entering the Here and There realm, you’ll turn into a blue, ghost-like being. This indicates that you have entered a different state and must find the Orb of Trust before returning. To do this, you must find the Floating Island that houses the orb, grab it and place it into the pillar. From here, the question remains: Where is this floating island, and how do you get to it?
The floating island and the Orb of Trust are both located back in the Glade of Trust. Exit Ursula’s cave and use the Glade of Trust’s Wishing Well to teleport back. If you don’t have this well unlocked, head to the Peaceful Meadow Wishing Well and make your way to the Glade of Trust.

From here, head directly south along the river and past the pond until you reach the pillar. To the right of this is some floating stones leading to the island. Cross this path to find the Orb of Trust sitting in the center. Interact with the orb and place it in the pillar from before to complete this portion of the quest.
