How many co-op players are allowed in Diablo IV? – Answered
Diablo 4 allows up to four players to play co-op together. This has been the case with previous entries in the franchise, and Diablo 4 is no different. Select your friends who you want to play with, and either have them join your game or join theirs, it doesn’t matter. All campaign progress will save as long as all players are up to the same point.
If you’re behind your friend in the campaign, have them join your world and play together up to the point they are at, then you’ll all be able to progress together in Diablo 4.
You can be any combination of classes. If you want to run four Necromancers, go for it; if each of you wants to play a different class, that’s cool too. There’s no limit on that stuff, so just have fun.

The game will scale based on the number of payers and the World Tier setting, so always keep that in mind when choosing who’s game to hop into.
