All Guild Locations in Octopath Traveler 2

At least you don't have to take an exam to get you license

If you have played Octopath Traveler 1, you would likely associate jobs with the hidden altars that you could find along the routes of the sprawling world. Octopath Traveler 2 is a little different in that you actually have to obtain Guild Licenses in order for a character to equip a second job. To that end, here are all the Guild Locations in Octopath Traveler 2.

All Guild Locations in Octopath Traveler 2

Octopath Traveler 2 has eight primary jobs, with each character having their own specific job. In total, there are nine guild licenses to obtain. Like altars, they are scattered across Solista, and they are necessary if you want your character to equip a second job. Additionally, each guild has its own set of quests you will need to complete to equip a secondary job to multiple characters.

Here are all the guild locations:

  • The Apothecary Guild – within Conning Creek, Harborlands. Head south of the inn and the Guild will be within a cottage.
  • The Cleric Guild – Borderfall, Crestlands. From the Flamechurch, head right and enter the Eastern Flamechurch Pass. Continue right until you enter Broderfall. The Guild will be at the upper left in a large church.
  • The Dancer Guild – within the town of Wellgrove, Leaflands. Head to the very top and east. Located within a cottage.
  • The Hunter Guild – Western Tropu’hopu Traverse, Toto’haha. From Beasting Bay, Anchorage head right. You will enter Western Tropu’hopu Traverse. Go right until you are finally able to go left. Follow the left path until you hit a small camp on the far-left side of the screen. This is the guild.
  • The Inventor Guild – Eastern New Delsta Highroad. From New Delsta, head right into the Eastern New Delsta Highroad, then head up. Follow the path until it skews right, and it will eventually end outside of a log cabin.
  • The Merchant Guild – Western Crackrdige Wilds, Wildlands. From Crackrdige, Wildlands, head left. You’ll find the Merchant Guild on a stone plateau just to the left.
  • The Scholar Guild – Western Winterbloom Snows. From Cape Cold, head down into Southern Cape Cold Sno’s. Take the right path and get on the boat from the pier, heading right. You will enter Eastern Cape Cold Snows. Get off the boat, then go North. You will enter Western Winterbloom Snows. Head North across the bridge, then take the stairs to the left. You’ll find a large manor.
  • The Thief Guild – within the city of Clockbank, Brightlands. This guild can be difficult to find. Head to the North Industrial District. Go East until you meet a girl who asks if you want to hear her sing (day) or insists that her dad is not a bad man (night). Near her, there is a path downward. Take it, then go left. You will find a door. This is the entrance to the Thief Guild. The Guild Master only appears at night.
  • The Warrior Guild – within the city of Sai, Hinoeuma. Head north, past the armory.
