Luminaire Foscari has an effect (text) that goes like this:

Triggers a Rosary when levelling up. Gets a temporary Might, Cooldown and Move Speed bonus after reviving.

It’s a very decent character, with a clear mechanic that will help you when you’re in a pickle, almost an on-demand Rosary. Useful for unlocking some of the characters which you might not have at this moment, but they involve killing the Blue and Green Reaper, for example. And even if you get overwhelmed, you’ll get enough power and movement speed to get out of the situation and reposition yourself.

Her Starting Weapon is the Prismatic Missile. The text of it, along with all upgrade levels can be seen below.

Generates explosion around the character. Affect by the first chosen Arcana between II (Explosions), XIV (Freeze), or XIX (Fire).

• Level 2 – Fires 1 more projectile. Base Area up by 40%.
• Level 3 – Fires 1 more projectile. Base Damage up by 5.
• Level 4 – Cooldown reduced by 0.3 seconds.
• Level 5 – Fires 1 more projectile. Base Area up by 40%.
• Level 6 – Fires 1 more projectile. Base Damage up by 5.
• Level 7 – Cooldown reduced by 0.3 seconds.
• Level 8 – Fires 1 more projectile. Base Speed up by 40%.
