Where to Find the School Dungeons in Hogwarts Legacy

The dungeons we’re talking about today are large, underground areas beneath the school. Here, you’ll find things like the Sleeping Dragon statue, a Daedalian Key house cabinet, and other miscellaneous rooms containing chests and field guide pages. Depending on where you explore, you may even find the Slytherin common room!

To find the first area, you’ll want to start at the Bell Tower Courtyard Floo Flame. If you still need to unlock it, you can start from the Flying Class or the Library and quickly make your way here.

Once you’re at the Floo Flame, head southwest up the stairs and through the small doorway. Instead of heading up the stairs, go left and run down the stairs to find another wooden door hidden to your right. Entering this door will lead you to the corridor into the dungeons.

As you venture through the dungeon hallways, you’ll find several important places for quests and field guide page collecting. For example, the house cabinet is near the dungeon’s entrance, while a Sleeping Dragon statue is just further down the hall, past a corner.

Where to Find the Slytherin Dungeon

If you’re trying to find the Slytherin Dungeon instead, you’ll have to make your way to the Grand Staircase. At the very bottom of the staircase is a door leading to the Slytherin Dungeons and, connected to that, the Slytherin Common Room. However, to access the common room, you must be a Slytherin student. If you’re not one, you’ll see a blank wall where the room’s door is supposed to be!
