Injustice 2 – How to Get Darkseid and Brainiac

When you first start playing Injustice 2, you may notice that Darkseid and Brainiac are probably locked. This article covers how to get Darkseid in Injustice 2, as well as how to unlock Brainiac. Fans of these two characters may not be pleased with how to get Darkseid in Injustice 2, but don’t shoot the messenger. How to get Brainiac in Injustice 2 is a little bit easier, but it has a lot of people asking how many chapters are in Injustice 2, so still not ideal for competitive players.

Unlock Darkseid

Unfortunately, there are only two ways to gain access to Darkseid, if pre-ordered the game or if you purchase him for six dollars. For the pre-order, it doesn’t matter if you picked it up at a retail store or pre-ordered digitally, as long as you pre-ordered the game you have access to Darkseid. In some cases there may be a code required to unlock him, so if you don’t see that and you don’t see Darkseid, try contacting the retailer where you pre-ordered the game.

Unlock Brainiac – Story Mode Chapters

To unlock Brainiac in Injustice 2 you need to complete the Story Mode or you can purchase him for six dollars as well. Story Mode in Injustice 2 is 12 chapters long. For average players who know fighting games well, it should take a few hours to complete. However, if you struggle with fighting games, you may need a bit more time. Once you complete Story Mode you will have access to Brainiac.

  • Chapter 9 – Supergirl
  • Chapter 10 – Aquaman or Black Adam
  • Chapter 11 – Batman or Superman
  • Chapter 12 – Superman
