The world of Hogwarts Legacy features a ton of different places to explore, which you can freely fast travel to once you unlock a location’s Floo Flame teleporter. However, you’ll occasionally find a few spots that pose some trouble, one example being the Hospital Wing in Hogwarts’ South Wing. While it may seem simple at first to reach this spot, it’s a surprisingly challenging journey the more you dive into it. How to Get to the Hospital Wing in Hogwarts Legacy
Before you can start traveling to the Hospital Wing, you’ll have to begin the “The Caretaker’s Lunar Lament” quest, where you’ll learn how to lockpick using Alohomora. After speaking to Gladwin Moon and initiating the mission, he’ll teach you Alohomora, which you’ll use to unlock a door into a restricted area. You’ll have to travel through here, avoiding students and professors along the way, to reach the hospital wing.

There are two main parts to this adventure. Once you go up the first few flights of stairs, you’ll notice a student guarding a puzzle door. Unless you want to loot some chests, you can turn on your Disillusionment charm, skip this door, and just continue going up the stairs. However, you’ll see Professor Weasley and Professor Sharp up ahead conversing, so make sure you sneak on by with your invisibility turned on and head up the staircase to your right.

The second part is a little tricky. Head up the spiral staircase to see a student monitoring the halls. Using basic spells, lead them away from the stairs just up ahead before running into the Prefect bathroom to pick up the Demiguise Moon for your quest. Head out of the room and climb the staircase to find the Floo Flame teleporter for the Hospital Wing!
From this point onwards, you can head into the hospital room, avoiding Professor Garlick and the medical staff, to collect the other Demiguise Moon for Gladwin Moon. If you missed any chests along the way, you can now return any time using the Hospital Wing Floo Flames.
