How to Get the Clock Lancet in Vampire Survivors

To get it, all you have to do is pick up an Orologion. This is the clock-like item that freezes all the enemies in the area for a moment, which is similar to what the Clock Lancet does. In order to get one of these, you have to simply make it at least four minutes into any stage, then wait for it to drop. It’s a regular item, like the coins and wall chicken you can pick up randomly.

Having high luck will impact your drop rate, but really all you need to do is stay moving and keep breaking every candle or other light sources you can find. Eventually you’ll snag an Orologion, and that’ll unlock Clock Lancet right then and there.

It can be evolved, but you have to have that, the silver ring, and the gold ring. And they all have to be maxed out before the evolution becomes available. That’ll net you the Infinite Corridor, which is one of the latest additions to Vampire Survivors.
