Minecraft Championship Island is a public server that will feature many games and activities from the official Minecraft Championship. As developers said, it’s coming “sooner than you think” and we have already written about all the possible mini-games that will be found on the island. But as August is here, the first boats for MCC Islands are going to be sailing away very soon – so keep on reading to learn how to sign up for this experience and if is there a trick to getting that elusive gold ticket.

How to Get Selected for MCC Island Beta
So, the first thing to know is that MMC Island doesn’t actually start for real yet. Developers will send only a small number of selected players to beta test their mod, in increasing waves.
If you haven’t signed up for the MCC Island beta yet, you can do it now by following the next steps:
- You need to create an account on the website by clicking on “SIGN IN” on the top right corner of the screen, then clicking on “No account? Create one!”. Your existing Microsoft login will work here.
- Once you’ve got a verified account, go to your account privacy settings page
- There, you need to sign up for the MCC Newsletter – that way you will actually get a chance at participating in the beta test.
You should also keep in mind that even if you get selected, it does not necessarily mean that you will immediately get access to the server during the test because there will be a very limited number of players at the beginning. The authors claim that the selection process will be completely random so that they personally will not have any influence on who will be selected. Also, regarding possible scams, keep in mind that Noxcrew will not personally offer tickets to anyone, everything will be done automatically through the site.
So, the best you can do is just sign up and hope for the best, and if you aren’t lucky, be assured that if beta tests complete as they should, the plan is to have the MCC Island open for all players – one day.
