To obtain Equilibrium Level 2 in Honkai Star Rail, you will need to hit Trailblazer Level 30. You will not be able to take the trial of Equilibrium for Level 2 until this happens. Once you hit level 30, you’ll unlock the second part of the Equilibrium Trial and have the ability to take it on.
Defeat the Trial, and you’ll unlock Equilibrium Level 2 and be able to enhance your characters, light cones, and more to level 50. This will be key to pushing forward in other areas of the game, like the Simulated Universe, Forgotten Halls, and other repeatable activities to earn currency and more Star Rail Passes for character warps.
Your Trailblazer Level pretty much dictates everything in Honkai Star Rail, from main missions to other activities, that will all be determined by your Trailblazer Level.
