Salmon is a commonly used ingredient in appetizers and entrees, and I’d love to share with you the best ways to get this fish. If you want to learn more, continue reading to discover how to catch salmon in Disney Dreamlight Valley.
Salmon Locations in Disney Dreamlight Valley
You can find salmon in both the Sunlit Plateau and Frosted Heights. When you cast your line to catch the fish, focus on white fishing circles, as blue and orange give rarer fish like Tilapia, Walleye, and white Sturgeon.
You may occasionally catch bass instead of salmon, even after targeting the correct fishing spot. This is completely normal, and you’ll just have to try again until you find the fish you’re looking for.
Catching Salmon Using Moana’s Fishing Boat in DDLV
If you don’t want to run around and manually fish for salmon all day, you can also gather some from Moana’s fishing boat. After progressing through the main story and Moana’s friendship quests, you’ll unlock this boat and upgrade it using coins. A fully upgraded boat has a chance to give you salmon, among other helpful and rare fish!
