The solution for the prompt is to take over the Hotel Infirmary control point. The Hotel Infirmary control point can be found in the northernmost section of the Judiciary Square region. Simply defeat all enemies and defend the point to complete it. It can be done on any difficulty, so you can set the Global Settings to Normal difficulty from the map menu to finish it much quicker.

The answer to the second riddle is to complete three activities in the Judiciary Square region. The open-world activities that can pop up on the map include Hostage Situation, Public Execution, Propaganda Broadcast, Territory Control, Supply Drop, Resource Convoy, and Elite Patrols. Setting the Global Difficulty to Normal will help clear the activities faster.

The solution to the third activity is to eliminate 10 hostiles with grenades in Judiciary Square. It can be done quickly by setting the Global Difficulty to Normal to lower the enemies’ HP so that one grenade is enough, regardless of build. You can even get two for one on unsuspecting patrols in Judiciary Square.
