Trainers will find that Giovanni always uses Persian as one of his three Pokemon GO characters. However, there are a few other possible creatures that the Team Rocket leader can use when it comes to the other character on his team. This second character can be a Honchcrow, Gyrados, or a Rhyperior. His third one will always be a Shadow Latias. As you can see, he has some fearsome characters he can use against you in battle.
