After logging into Disney Dreamlight Valley, taking a relaxing stroll along the beach and chatting with Ursula, you may have been asked to steal some paper. After grabbing some, bringing it back to Ursula and watching her celebrate the occasion, she’ll task you with creating a Magical Scroll and Ink Kit. Disney Dreamlight Valley: How to Craft a Magical Scroll and Ink Kit

You’ll need three different ingredients to make a Magical Scroll and Ink Kit. Since you should already have the paper, we’ll skip over that for now.

The first item you need is one Empty Vial. You’ll need three glass to craft the empty vial, which requires 15 sand and three coal ore. You’ll find coal ore while mining black rocks and sand from digging around Dazzle Beach. You can break the blue eggs for additional sand if you’ve completed part of Moana and Maui’s storyline. After getting the necessary resources, head to a crafting station and make the glass before finally creating the Empty Vial.

The last item on your list is two Purple Pigments. To make this, you need eight Purple Falling Penstemons and Purple Rising Penstemons. The “Falling” variant is found in the Plaza, while “Rising” is in Peaceful Meadow. However, there are also green, blue, red and white versions of this plant, meaning that you’re not guaranteed to find Purple ones in abundance. If you don’t find all eight right away, head out, do other activities, and return later!

Once you’ve gathered your flowers and crafted the Purple Pigment, you’re finally ready to make the Magical Scroll and Ink Kit. Head into Functional Items and choose the Ink Kit. Upon creating the item, return it to Ursula and give it to her to finish the quest!
