FSS Hurricane MW2

Between the submachine gun and the assault rifle classes, there are a ton of potential weapon choices in Call of Duty: Modern Warfare 2 Ranked Play. We already know what the top dog is, but there are a few options, like the FSS Hurricane, that you might see in a few of your matches.

We want to emphasize that the Vaznev-9k is currently the meta SMG in COD MW2 Ranked Play, and it will likely melt you much faster than any other submachine gun. If you want to try something outside the norm though, then we have the FSS Hurricane loadout for you.

COD MW2 Ranked Play – Best FSS Hurricane Loadout

Loadouts for this weapon have changed a good amount since the release of Modern Warfare 2, and at this point, it should be built like most other SMGs. We want a good mix of speed and control on the weapon, which means the fifth attachment should be left out. You can find all the necessary attachments below.

FSS Hurricane Ranked Play Loadout:

  • Muzzle: Bruen Pendulum
  • Underbarrel: Agent Grip
  • Stock: Demo Quicksilver Stock
  • Rear Grip: XTEN Grip

Our first two attachments are based on the control of the weapon. The Hurricane has some decent base control, but we can do better by using the Agent Grip underbarrel and the Bruen Pendulum muzzle. Both our gun kick and our hip fire accuracy will get a nice boost.

Next, we want the Demo Quicksilver Stock and the XTEN Grip rear grip for the mobility that they provide. Without them, our ADS speed won’t be fast enough to compete in MW2 Ranked Play. With the stock specifically, you can expect a boost to your sprint speed which is also fantastic in Ranked, so make sure to utilize it.
