All Secret Exfil Locations in Escape from Tarkov

Escape from Tarkov just got a little spicier with the addition of secret exfils in patch 0.16.0. These secret exfils require an item found in the same raid to become active for the player. Once you find those items, you’ll still have to find the “secret” exfil location on the map to extract. Here are all the secret exfil locations on each map in Escape from Tarkov.

To reiterate, you need to find the secret exfil note, code, or map to activate the secret exfil location in the same raid. These can be found in any loot source, but most players have frequently found them in filing cabinets (drawers) and dead body spawns. Even Scavs can spawn with these codes or items.

Each map may also give you a different kind of note or item for the secret exfil. For example, if you are running Lighthouse, Reserve, or Woods, you are getting a “Minefield map” as the secret code for the exfil. The map gives the players a hint of where to find the extraction point. For other maps like Ground Zero or Streets of Tarkov, you’ll get a ripped piece of paper with a code. The code is needed to open the secret exfil at these specific locations.

You cannot bring these secret exfil codes or maps outside the raid. If you try, they will disappear.

Ground Zero Secret Exfil Location

Tartowers Sales Office – Note with code word Adaptation

The Tartower Sales Office is at the bottom of Ground Zero near the transit location to the Streets of Tarkov. It is a small building with a big counter in the middle. Go behind the counter and use the code to safely extract from the raid.

Smuggler’s Basement – Note with code word Onyx

For Scav players, the Smuggler’s Basement will be familiar to some as this is a previous Scav extraction point on Streets of Tarkov. The Smuggler’s Basement is located near the residential area, next to two PMC spawn locations. It is also near the Skybridge building and the Chekannaya apartments, which makes the area dangerous because these areas have great loot in them, making them hotspots in the Streets of Tarkov map.

Factory Secret Exfil Location

Smuggler’s Passage – Note with code word “Ark”

The secret Factory extraction is by the old factory door below the forklift area. The area is also called the Cellars, the old extraction point before the Factory rework. Go through the open door (it isn’t locked anymore) and turn left to the long hallway that leads to a wide-open room. Look for the metal door on the left and use the code to start the secret exfil.

Shoreline Secret Exfil Location

Mountain Bunker – Note with code word Heartbeat

The Mountain Bunker is an old extraction spot in the Escape from Tarkov, but with the Shoreline expansion in patch 0.16, it got brought back as a secret exfil. You’ll find the Mountain Bunker secret exfil between the Climber’s Trail and the North V-Ex extraction points. You can also clearly see the resort’s east wing from this location.

Woods Secret Exfil Location

Railway Bridge to Tarkov – Minefield map (Woods)

The Railway Bridge secret exfil is the most unique of the secret extractions. You must take the BTR to the Train Depot, which will cost you some Roubles. Once in the Train Depot, go to the train tracks until you reach the back and use the code to extract in the little corner behind the wall, as seen in the image above. You’ll need to use the BTR to reach the location because mines are scattered across the area, making it impossible to go through.

Smuggler’s Boat – Note with code word Voron/Adaptation

The Smuggler’s Boat was a unique extraction before that had a chance to be open as an extraction. If the campfire near the location is up, the extraction is open. However, it has now become a secret exfil where players must find the code to use the extraction point. You’ll find the Smuggler’s Boat near the landbridge, going from the Tarcone warehouse to the dorm area. It is also right next to the Sniper’s Roadblock.

Smuggler’s Bunker (ZB-1012) – Note with code word Voron/Adaptation

You can also extract in the ZB-1012 bunker near the warehouses. It is near the closed gate or fence where you finish Chemical Part 1. ZB-1012 is also a previous extraction point that can only be opened as an exfil. A small light signals that the extraction point is active in that particular raid. After patch 0.16, it is now a secret exfil that is always open as long as you get the secret code.

Interchange Secret Exfil Location

As of patch 0.16.0, no secret exfil is available on Interchange.

Reserve Secret Exfil Location

Exit to Woods – Minefield map (Reserve)

From the minefield map and the note/hint written on it, the secret exfil is the transit location to Woods, which was introduced in patch 0.15. The secret exfil is near the heating pipes behind the bunker with the hermetic door (extraction point). Make sure to look at the map to check where the landmines are placed so you can avoid them.

Lighthouse Secret Exfil Location

Passage to the Lake – Minefield map (Lighthouse)

The secret exfil is on the small lake next to the vehicle extraction. It is also near the road connecting the railyard and the water treatment plant. If you are a BEAR, clean out all the Rogues in the Water Treatment for safe passage. You can hug the wall on the right side of the water treatment plant and deal with the rogues in just one of the USEC warehouses. It’ll be safer to deal with all the Rogues, though. Their AI is very unpredictable.
