Escape from Tarkov’s 0.16 patch brings new content along with new quests. One of its biggest changes is the added industrial plant near the unfinished construction yard near Stronghold in Customs. Like all new things, Battlestate Games likes to add a quest, forcing players to go to the reworked areas. That quest is no other than the Provide Viewership quest from Ref. It requires the player to place special items in the industrial plants, and here are all the Wi-Fi Camera installation spots so you can finish the Provide Viewership quest early in the wipe in Escape from Tarkov.
All Wi-Fi Camera Install Locations in Escape from Tarkov | Provide Viewership Task Guide
The Provide Viewership task shows up after unlocking Ref as a trader in the Escape from Tarkov base game. This is right after finishing Easy Money – Part 1, where you place the comics in Woods inside the Scav room in Customs. Once you have the quest, you must place four Wi-Fi Cameras inside the added industrial plant section in Customs.
When you accept the quest from Ref, he’ll immediately give you four Wi-Fi Cameras. You have to take these from the messenger tab. Place these Wi-Fi Cameras in your special equipment slots and place the last one in your container.
You should also know that after placing the four Wi-Fi Cameras, a new objective will appear. The task will further require you to eliminate 15 targets inside the industrial plant in Customs. This objective doesn’t show up until you place the Wi-Fi Cameras, so you must prioritize the objectives before going berserk and eliminating all PMCs and Scavs inside the plant.
The industrial plant needed for the quest is located near Stronghold and the Old Gas Station in Customs.

Wi-Fi Camera Location #1
If you go to the main entrance (big gate close to Stronghold), you’ll see a big truck in the middle of the room. Look for the blue tankers in front of it and place the first Wi-Fi Camera.
Wi-Fi Camera Location #2
From the same room with the truck, go to the corner of the room near the shattered glass windows. You’ll see some orange crates. Place the second Wi-Fi Camera exactly on the spot above. You literally have to hug the crate for the “Place” interaction to show up.
Wi-Fi Camera Location #3
Go up one floor and look for the metal pipes near the railings. You should be careful at this point because you’ll make much noise moving on the metal scaffolding.
Wi-Fi Camera Location #4
The last Wi-Fi Camera spot is on the top floor. Look for the extremely narrow staircase at one of the corners. If you are getting lost, you can return to the same room with the truck and look for the ramp going to the second floor. With this route, you’ll see the narrow staircase much clearer.
Go to the top floor and go to the side with the barrels. Place the fourth Wi-Fi Camera by looking down on the railings next to the barrel.
All that is left is to eliminate targets inside the same industrial plant. Scavs frequent this area, so it’ll be easy to finish in one or two raids. If you can get a code for the secret exfil, you can take the ZB-1012 secret exfil, as it is the closest extraction point from this area.
