Reactivate Samuel's Communication, plus find the Noise Maker, EMP and Motion Tracker.
Locate the passcode to access the keycard, then escape the Alien.
Repair the elevator, activate the Requisition Android and access the Components Warehouse.
Reactivate the transit at the main console and get back to the transit station.
Find a route around the blockage and return to the winch.
Get to the airlock and evade the Alien while you wait for it to pressurize.
